Can I scale the VPS without restart?

Yes. Hot vertical scaling (RAM and vCPU) without interruption. Only disk changes require a scheduled 30-second restart in a window you pick.

Do you have a Canadian IP?

No, IPs are European (Frankfurt) or US (NYC) because servers are physically there. For Canadian SEO this works fine — Google geo-targeting uses hreflang and content, not IP. If you specifically need a Canadian IP, we offer it as a separate proxy add-on.

How is billing done?

Monthly in CAD, GST/HST not included (varies by province — 5% GST AB/SK/MB, 13% HST ON, 15% HST NS/NB/NL/PE, 5% + 9.975% QST in QC). Payment by credit card, ACH (CAD), Interac e-Transfer. EU B2B customers with valid VAT can reverse-charge.

What happens if I exceed monthly bandwidth?

We don't cut service. Overage is billed at CA$0.015/GB over limit. If we see exceeding monthly, we'll propose an upgrade to the next tier.

Is there a minimum commitment?

One month minimum. After that you can cancel from the panel without calling anyone, no penalty.

Are backups included?

Yes. Hourly snapshots with 24h retention, daily with 14d retention, weekly with 8 weeks retention. One-click restore from panel.
