Can I scale the VPS without rebooting?
Yes. Hot vertical scaling (RAM and vCPU) without interruption. Only disk replacement requires a scheduled 30-second reboot.
Do you provide an Irish IP address?
No, IPs are European because the servers are physically in the EU (Frankfurt and Amsterdam). For Irish SEO that works perfectly fine — Google geo-targeting uses hreflang and content signals, not IP.
How is billing handled?
Monthly in EUR, VAT 23% shown separately. Payment by card, SEPA direct debit or bank transfer. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT number listed in VIES: reverse charge applies, no Irish VAT collected.
What happens if I exceed the bandwidth allowance?
We don't suspend the service. Overage is invoiced at 0.01 EUR/GB above the limit. If you exceed regularly we suggest an upgrade — no surprise invoices.
Is there a minimum term?
One month minimum. After that you can cancel from the panel, no phone call needed, no penalty.
