Pricing FAQ
Clear answers to the most common questions before you pick a plan.
What is the difference between cPanel hosting, VPS and a dedicated server?
cPanel hosting is shared and suits small-to-medium sites. A VPS gives you isolated CPU, RAM and NVMe inside a virtual machine — ideal for higher traffic or more control. A dedicated server provides the whole physical machine for the most demanding workloads.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan without downtime?
Yes. cPanel upgrades happen automatically with no visible downtime. VPS resources (CPU, RAM, disk) can be expanded with a single scheduled restart. Dedicated servers are migrated in an agreed maintenance window.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer and invoice. Business customers receive a VAT invoice and may pay annual subscriptions at 14 days net.
What is your refund policy?
14-day money-back guarantee for cPanel hosting and standard VPS plans. Dedicated servers and custom-hardware subscriptions are not refundable but configuration changes are supported.
Are backups included in the price?
Yes. Every plan includes daily automated backups with at least 7-day retention. Extended retention and off-site copies are available as add-ons.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Point any existing domain to our nameservers, or register a new one through 4hosting in 200+ TLDs.
Do you provide free SSL?
Yes. Free Let's Encrypt certificates with auto-renewal are included on every plan. Wildcard, OV and EV certificates are available as add-ons.
How fast is technical support?
24/7 multilingual support. Standard tickets get a first response in under 15 minutes; critical infrastructure incidents are handled per SLA.
