These General Terms govern use of services provided through 4hosting.net and should be read together with the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all users and customers accessing or ordering services via 4hosting.net.
If documents conflict, the Service Agreement governs technical/SLA matters and the Privacy Policy governs personal data processing.
2. Account and Eligibility
- You must have legal capacity to contract.
- You are responsible for account credential security and account activity.
- Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
3. Services, Orders and Payments
- Service features are those shown at order time.
- Pricing, taxes and billing periods are presented at checkout/proposal stage.
- Non-payment may result in suspension/termination according to the Service Agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
- No illegal, abusive, or security-threatening use.
- No spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized access or unauthorized scanning.
- Provider may suspend services immediately in case of major risk.
5. Data, Privacy and Cookies
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies are handled according to legal notices and consent settings.
6. Intellectual Property
Platform code, design, trademarks and content belong to SPECIAL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SRL or licensors.
Customer retains rights to customer-uploaded content.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss.
Nothing limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Updates, Governing Law and Contact
Terms may be updated; the current version is published on 4hosting.net.
