General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all users and customers accessing or ordering services via 4hosting.net.

If documents conflict, the Service Agreement governs technical/SLA matters and the Privacy Policy governs personal data processing.

2. Account and Eligibility

• You must have legal capacity to contract.
• You are responsible for account credential security and account activity.
• Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

3. Services, Orders and Payments

• Service features are those shown at order time.
• Pricing, taxes and billing periods are presented at checkout/proposal stage.
• Non-payment may result in suspension/termination according to the Service Agreement.
• Plan upgrades. You may upgrade to a higher-priced plan at any time from your account panel. The upgrade takes effect immediately: the features and limits of the new plan are activated as soon as the upgrade is confirmed. For the billing cycle already in progress you pay only the price difference between the new plan and your current plan, calculated pro rata for the days remaining in the cycle, according to the formula: (price of the new plan − price of the current plan) × (days remaining ÷ total days of the current billing cycle). Your renewal date does not change; starting with the next renewal, the subscription is billed at the full price of the new plan. The amount due at upgrade is charged automatically, at the time of the upgrade, using the saved payment method associated with your subscription.
• If you upgrade from a prepaid plan with a longer billing interval (for example an annual plan), or if the upgrade changes your billing interval, the unused value of the remaining period is automatically converted into an internal service credit on your account, which is applied to future invoices of the new subscription until it is used up; during this time you may see no new charges. Service credit is not money: it has no cash value, is non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be paid out, consistent with the non-refundable nature of fees under this section. Switching to a lower-priced plan (downgrade) is handled through customer support.

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, abusive, or security-threatening use.
• No spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized access or unauthorized scanning.
• Provider may suspend services immediately in case of major risk.

5. Data, Privacy and Cookies

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

Cookies and similar technologies are handled according to legal notices and consent settings.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform code, design, trademarks and content belong to SPECIAL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SRL or licensors.

Customer retains rights to customer-uploaded content.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss.

Nothing limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Updates, Governing Law and Contact

Terms may be updated; the current version is published on 4hosting.net.
