This Service Agreement applies to services ordered via 4hosting.net and is inspired by industry-standard hosting terms, including SLA provisions.
1. Scope and Acceptance
By placing an order, you accept this agreement and an electronic contract is formed after order confirmation.
This agreement governs hosting, VPS, dedicated services, domains and related technical services.
2. Orders, Billing and Payment Defaults
- Services are prepaid (monthly or yearly), unless stated otherwise in writing.
- We may update prices and package specifications; updates apply prospectively.
- Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after 5 days and termination after 10 days past due date.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
- A 14-day withdrawal period may apply where required by consumer law.
- Once a service is fully executed, withdrawal rights may be limited as allowed by law.
- Refund requests must follow our official support/billing channel.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Target availability is 100% excluding planned maintenance windows.
- SLA excludes downtime caused by customer actions, misuse, suspension, force majeure, or third-party failures.
- If monthly uptime drops below 99.9%, service credits may be granted at 10% of monthly fee per each 1% below threshold, up to 100% of monthly fee.
- Credits are applied on future invoices after support verification.
5. Backups and Customer Responsibility
- Customer is responsible for maintaining independent backups.
- Optional backup services may be offered as separate paid features.
- Provider is not liable for data loss where customer backup obligations are not met.
6. Acceptable Use and Security
- No illegal content, abuse, spam, phishing, malware, or unauthorized scanning.
- No use that degrades shared infrastructure or threatens platform security.
- Serious abuse may trigger immediate suspension/termination.
7. Liability and Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including profit/data loss.
Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
