cPanel hosting runs on a LAMP stack and includes WordPress, email, a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate and daily backups — suited to small and medium sites and shops. A VPS gives you NVMe SSD storage, root access and a Docker/Kubernetes-ready environment with scalable resources. A dedicated server is your own physical machine (AMD Ryzen / AMD EPYC / Intel Core / Intel Xeon, 6–48 cores, 64–256 GB DDR4/DDR5 with ECC on the server tiers, 1–15.36 TB NVMe SSD on paired drives with RAID set up at installation, KVM) with a 99.99% SLA. GPU servers (NVIDIA RTX PRO 4000 / RTX PRO 6000 with GDDR7) are built for AI/ML workloads.

Every subscription includes monthly hours of DevOps, CyberSecurity and programming services delivered by the 4hosting team: 1 hour per month from the cPanel Advanced plan upwards (the entry cPanel plans include no hours), between 1 and 8 hours per month on VPS depending on the plan, between 5 and 10 hours per month on dedicated servers depending on the plan, and 10 hours per month on GPU servers. You request the hours from the client panel, in the “DevOps services” section: you propose a deadline, the team delivers. Hours do not roll over from one calendar month to the next, and work beyond the quota is accepted and billed separately, per hour.

The servers sit in European Union datacenters in Frankfurt, with points of presence in Frankfurt, London and New York. Data processing is covered by the GDPR, an Article 28 data processing agreement (DPA) and standard contractual clauses (SCC) for transfers outside the EU. The infrastructure is aligned with ISO 27001; we do not claim certifications we do not hold.

Every subscription comes with an invoice showing the local VAT as a separate line. Prices are shown in EUR on every market (in USD where the dollar is the local currency), Romania included. A customer whose account is in Romania pays and receives the invoice in RON, converted at the National Bank of Romania (BNR) rate of the payment day plus 5%, and the estimated RON amount is shown before paying. Customers in other countries pay and are invoiced in the currency shown on the plans.

Yes. Migration is free and assisted by the 4hosting team (“white-glove”): we move the files, databases, email accounts and DNS configuration, then verify the site together with you before switching the traffic.

All plans include L3/L4 DDoS protection at no extra cost, on hardware with enterprise NVMe. For application-layer protection (WAF with OWASP rules, rate limiting, bot filtering) there is the WAF & DDoS service in the CyberSecurity category, which can be covered from the included hours.

Yes, any domain you already own can be pointed at the 4hosting servers. The cPanel plans include WordPress, email accounts on your domain, a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate and daily backups.
