Email is two problems: hosting mailboxes for your team (Mailu for that) and sending transactional emails reliably (a dedicated SMTP relay for that). We deploy them separately so the inbox reputation does not get hurt when you accidentally ship a misconfigured marketing batch. SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are written into your DNS at provisioning. Deliverability monitoring with PostMaster Tools and Google Postmaster, plus monthly deliverability reports if you want them.
