Loyalty app for a cafe chain in Iasi
Customers collect points, receive coupons and zone-based notifications, and orders reach the same backend that serves the tills.
Flutter app development in Romania for companies that want one app on iOS and Android instead of two separate teams. We write in Dart, manage state with Riverpod and use Firebase for notifications and crash reports, while the API runs on our servers. Included hours cover SDK upgrades, new features and preparing store releases.
We take the app from first screens to a store-ready build: navigation, sign-in, list and detail views, validated forms, push notifications and payments where needed. State is handled with Riverpod, network calls with Dio and controlled retries, and local data sits in an on-device database so the app still works without signal. Firebase covers notifications, crash reporting and analytics; it does not replace your backend.
A mobile app is only half of the project. The rest is the API, the database, file storage and notifications. We run them on a Docker VPS in Frankfurt, with PostgreSQL on a private network, files on NVMe disks and mandatory TLS. Your customers' data does not depend on a third-party service, stays in the EU and is covered by a GDPR Article 28 processing agreement. If you need image or model processing, GPU servers sit in the same facilities.
We prepare signed builds, icons, screenshots, descriptions and the privacy declarations Apple and Google ask for, then submit from your own developer accounts. The accounts and keys stay yours, so changing supplier later costs you nothing. We automate the build in a pipeline with version numbering and a test channel, so an urgent fix does not take a day of manual work. Store rejections are handled as part of the delivery.
Requests start in the DevOps Services section of the client panel, with a deadline you propose. On Flutter projects hours typically cover SDK and dependency upgrades, new screens and flows, fixes after store feedback, accessibility work and integrations with invoicing or CRM tools. The allowance is per calendar month and is not carried over; extra hours are accepted and billed separately by the hour.
Every plan includes monthly hours of DevOps, CyberSecurity and Programming work delivered by the 4hosting team: 1 h from cPanel Advanced upwards, 1–8 h on VPS, 5–10 h on dedicated servers depending on the plan, and 10 h on GPU servers. You request them from the client panel, unused hours are not carried into the next month, and extra hours are accepted and billed separately.
Open a request in the client panel with your audience, the main screens and the integrations you need, and propose a delivery date.
We list the screens, agree the API contract and offline behaviour, and estimate the effort in hours with the part your plan already covers.
You receive builds on an internal test channel with crash reporting enabled, and fixes are made before anything is sent to the stores.
We submit to App Store and Google Play from your accounts, then hand over the code, signing keys, documentation and a report of the hours used.
Customers collect points, receive coupons and zone-based notifications, and orders reach the same backend that serves the tills.
Patients book visits, get reminders and open documents on their phones, with data kept in the Frankfurt data centre and role-based access for staff.
Technicians fill in checklists and photos on the shop floor without a stable signal, and everything syncs once the device returns to the plant network.
Flutter if you want the same interface on both platforms, fine animation and full control over rendering. React Native if your team already writes React and wants to reuse people and components. Both publish to the two stores, and the practical difference is the team you have, not the technology.
We prepare and submit the release, but from your own developer accounts. You remain the owner of the app, the certificates and the reviews, so changing supplier later loses nothing. If you do not have accounts yet, we help you open and configure them correctly.
Firebase is good for notifications, crash reports and analytics. When you have business rules, invoicing, reports or sensitive data, an API of your own on a VPS in the EU, with PostgreSQL on a private network, is healthier. We build and host it under the same plan.
It depends on the number of screens, the integrations, offline needs and the backend behind them, so we do not quote a fixed figure here. We estimate in hours after reading your requirements, show how much of that your monthly allowance covers and bill any excess separately by the hour.
We keep the data it needs in a local database and mark changes made offline. When the signal returns, the app sends the queue of operations, resolves conflicts by rules agreed at scoping and shows clearly what was synced. We test the flow with the network switched off.
We treat it as a planned task from the included hours: update the SDK and dependencies on a separate branch, run tests and builds for both platforms, check the affected screens, then publish. We do not leave the project on versions the stores no longer accept.
Describe the screens and the integrations. We send a deliverables list and an estimate in hours.
